The Division of Holdings Company Support & Marketing Services, also known as HCSMS, is principally responsible for the administration of Marketing and related support functions for all units of the Holdings Company, and the administration of Centralized Brand Management and Customer Satisfaction Management Services for the Holdings Company.
As a Customer Experience Organization, this organization is overseen by the Senior Vice President - Customer Experience and Chief Customer Officer of the Holdings Company. Led by a Director, who reports directly to the Senior Vice President, the Division of Holdings Company Support & Marketing Services has capable leadership to effectively administer the marketing needs of the Holdings Company.
The organization is currently new and eventually will be split into teams.
The leadership of this organization also works on any other tasks as assigned by the Senior Vice President - Customer Experience of the Holdings Company.
